Pheasant Run Resort, Saint Charles

We celebrated our anniversary at Pheasant Run Resort and had a fantastic time. The staff was friendly and attentive, particularly during our dining experiences, which were truly impressive. While the parking situation was a bit inconvenient due to a convention, we enjoyed the amenities and activities offered. However, the small bathroom in our room was a downside, and we faced issues with our wine delivery that impacted our experience slightly.

This resort offers spacious accommodations with beautiful views, making it an excellent choice for both business travelers and families. Most staff were friendly and helpful, and the variety of on-site dining options was a highlight. However, there were significant issues with the elevator service, which caused some inconvenience during our stay. Overall, the value for money is good if you can overlook a few hiccups.

Pheasant Run Resort has some fantastic amenities, particularly the indoor/outdoor pool which is a unique experience, especially in the winter. The variety of activities available, including comedy shows and family-friendly spaces, adds to the appeal. However, my experience was somewhat marred by inconsistent service and minor issues with room condition, which detracted from an overall ideal stay.

I had a fantastic family getaway at this resort! The activities for kids kept my daughters entertained, and we all loved the beautiful grounds and pools. The dining options were superb and we enjoyed every meal, especially the Sunday jazz brunch. On the downside, I noticed a few minor cleanliness issues in other sections of the hotel, and the check-in process could have been smoother. Overall, it was a memorable experience that offered great value for our family.

My stay at Pheasant Run had its highs and lows. While the room we stayed in was nice and modern with lovely views, the overall service left much to be desired.
